–Free Coverage–
Includes
♦ Up to 10 Watermarked sample videos or 20 sample photos for your own promotional use.
♦ Files are delivered via dropbox and are available for 30 days.
♦ RPM Army event promotion on YouTube, Facebook, Tumblr, Reddit, Website, Flikr, Instagram, and/or Twitter following the event.
Requirements
♦ Be within 50 miles of Central, Ohio or willing to provide a reasonable travel and accommodation fee.
♦ Provide free entry to event for up to 3 media personnel.
Terms
♦ Type of coverage (Video, Live, or photography) will be determined by RPM Army.
♦ Provided sample media is covered under a limited non-exclusive license. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise materially profit from the media outside the scope of the agreement. It is provided for promotional use in your social media pages and website only.
–Live Stream Coverage–
Includes
Single Day Rate – $1,000 or Two Day Rate – $1,600
♦ Live Stream Coverage on up to 3 of YOUR social media platforms concurrently.
♦ 3 Camera Angles.
♦ Ability to run commercials and interviews (must be provided)
♦ RPM Army event promotion on social media before the event
Requirements
♦ Travel and accommodation fees.
♦ Adequate service at the location. (We have Starlink and T-Mobile) Track WiFi is an option as well.
Terms
♦ $150 deposit at time of booking. Not refundable for weather related issues or cancellations.
♦ Any requested commercials, logos, or interviews must be provided 1 week in advance.
Discounts
♦ $200 discount if you choose to also have a concurrent stream on RPM Army pages
