The 1980s were not the most epic years for muscle cars, but a few gems stuck it through and were worthy of posters on teen walls. The wedge shaped generation for the Pontiac Firebirds and Trans Ams were one of those cars. Even today I find myself wishing for a TA drag car with a big Firebird emblem on the hood. While they were pretty anemic by today’s muscle car standards, this guy has def rectified the problem by stuffing something insane under the hood. Enough to make that old Firebird go wheelstanding down the strip for a 10 second slip.
