Using a reciprocating saw, I cut the original Sierra grill plasic out to create the "wide mouth" appearance. After smoothing the edges with files and electric sanders, I was able to use a plastic welding kit to heat the mesh and surround plastic enough to fuse together. I made these plastic weld areas about 6-8" apart to secure the speed mesh to the plastic grill surround. Also installed new turn signals that are LED with a smoked lens to complete the look.
