Harbor Freight Fortress 27 Gallon Compresor Regulator Problem/Fix

It will not fill the line with the correct mount of pressure or consistent pressure. The tank gauge would get up to 200 psi but the regulator gauge would not go past 60 psi without turning the regulator down and back up again. It seemed lie thee regulator was restricting the flow as it was very slow to fil the lines back up after expelling any amount of air.
